Our mission at PPEDS is to help you effectively train your employees in the technical and safety related areas specific to your plant. We conduct plant specific onsite training and create effective custom designed plant specific training systems and education tools that are implemented and managed by you to ensure your staff is fully trained.
Goals:
PPEDS will assist your plant:
- To become more self sufficient in meeting your training needs;
- In maintaining compliance with state and federal personnel safety requirements;
- In developing the knowledge and skills of your maintenance and operations employees;
- In developing the supervisory and leadership skills of key plant personnel.
